Taisce an Oileáin runs a wide range of projects, workshops, classes and events throughout the year on Arranmore Island. These initiatives support the development of the arts on the island, giving local people access to arts, cultural and heritage activities. They celebrate local traditions and talent, while also encouraging the learning and sharing of new skills and knowledge.

We have been fortunate to build strong links with a number of organisations, collaborating with them on many of these projects. Our partners have included Earagail Arts Festival, First Fortnight, the Nerve Centre in Derry, Foróige, Donegal Youth Service, The Arcade Dungloe, Tuismitheoirí na Gaeltachta and others.

These collaborations strengthen our ties with local organisations as well as with larger groups across the north and south of Ireland. They also allow people in this remote region to connect with other organisations, artists and art forms, helping to bring new opportunities and perspectives to the island.
